Refund Policy

All photographic prints sold by Eric Bank Gallery are final sale due to the custom, made-to-order nature of fine art prints.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. A replacement print will be arranged at no additional cost.
